non vegetarian food as well as eggs fish contain good amount of calcium.
if the above diet is given properly no need to give calcium supplements to the child
go for non milk calcium rich food

Soya milk you can use for your child that is going to be good almond milk is also going to be good option for you to use both the milk can be given to the child and replacement to regular animal milk also also would suggest you to take a homeopathic treatment for your child to reduce this allergy over the period
