#asktheexpert Post my delivery I am having a lot of grey hair growth...mainly on the front side parts of the head. please suggest if there is any remedy to prevent grey hair growth. I am 34 years old and delivered twins 2.5 years back.

A. Hi mom Mix coconut oil with lemon juice and apply on the hair and scalp. This will help to prevent hair from graying. U can also apply amla powder mixed in coconut oil. Take care
