After 1 year, baby should eat 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith different fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Feed foods like chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, omelette, boiled, legumes, ghee, idli-dosa with sambhar, upma, poha, pan cake, waffle, dalia, khichdi, seasonal fruits, mixed vegetable soup, etc.
