Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. you are having little bit more weight If you want to lose the excess weight after delivery you have to do moderate exercises like brisk walking yoga if. possible some jogging also take a lot of fruits and vegetables and adequate water which is important

mam, please start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
walk walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
