A. Dear ma’am, give regular family foods but use salt and sugar sparingly. Limit the milk intake. Include leafy greens and millets weekly twice. Give atleast one kind of fruit daily. Nuts, corn, dry fruits, peanuts, puffed rice, veg soups etc can be given for snacking
