Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. there are many recipes as well as flavours which can be extracted from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and you can go through the recipes on first cry as well as other sites and then you can give it to the child and if the child is not eating cerelac then it is better to go for home made food which are more fresh

Home made Ceralac can be given
but don't depend only on it.
Give her soups , probiotics , meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits , daliya , khichdi, porridge, upma sheera etc
