ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi, your baby is 5 months old now phimosis is stiff foreskin which doesn't retract easily.try manual retraction after applying oil with gentle pressure regularly if it doesn't help consult with your pediatrician
