#AskTheExpert pls give me chart diet for 11 month 20 days baby....he dnt drink forumla milk and water..shall I give pocket milk and fish...

A. any non veg as fish is recommended to be given at completion of one year.. you can start with cow milk or amul milk or mother dairy milk.. it is important to keep baby well hydrated.. you can give water at regular intervals, on demand after meals..
