A. dear mum, for strong bones, give calcium rich foods to your baby. continue to breastfeed and give milk products like curd, paneer. both curd and paneer are rich source of calcium. you should also give ragi to your baby. after few days, you can add almonds powder to your baby's food.

A. Hello dear parent! You can start giving your baby semi solids like homemade cerelac, apple purée, mashed bananas, ragi, daal or chaaval paani in small quantities with one new food at a time. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil for muscle flexibility and skin health.
