A. Calcium rich foods are milk and milk products ragi drumsticks sabudana and expose the baby to direct sunlight 30 mins a day and give a healthy and nutritious diet take care

A. boiled egg, makhana, curd, paneer, milk ,almonds all are calcium rich foods for kids..you can go for them 👍

A. hi dear Include a variety of: Vegetables and fruit. Whole grain foods such as whole grain pasta and bread, oats, barley and quinoa. Protein foods such as meat, fish, poultry, dried beans, peas, lentils, nut and seed butters, tofu, eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese and fortified soy beverage.
