Whenever you want to quit breastfeeding a month or two prior to that you should start giving complimentary feeding to the child more of complimentary feeding and reduce down your breast feeding like this if you continue with this process then within a weeks time if your child gets used to make that you are giving and your body will also stop making sufficient feeding and without any hassle you we can quit breastfeeding easily
