Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom, first thing is keep yourself hydrated drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water everyday follow healthy diet regime.. apply coconut oil to inner part..do take shatawari powder twice in milk..take ayurvedic medicine
