Breakfast : Soft dosa with non spicy sambar, oats apple smoothie, multigrain chilla, seviyan upma, potato paneer mash, boiled egg yolk or home made paneer, white dhokla with ghee or butter, apple puree, wheat sheera, sattu mix, oats apple porridge, sattu apple porridge, sweet potato + poha powder, wheat banana sheera, besan coriander chilla, ragi dosa, grated cucumber oats pancake.
Lunch : roti dipped in carrot beetroot coriander soup, tomato pumpkin soup, spinach pumpkin puree, roti dipped in carrot moong Dal, egg yolk or paneer pulao, dalia khichdi, methi tinda pulao, vegetable upma, Dal spinach soup + rice porridge, roti dipped in masoor Dal soup, french beans and peas dalia, palak dhokla, tomato pumpkin soup, roti dipped in Dal palak, moong Dal khichdi.
Dinner: you can give same as lunch or idli with non spicy sambar, carrot beetroot coriander soup, roti dipped in Dal, cheesy potato, ragi tur Dal puree with mashed rice, roti dipped in masoor dal + lauki sabzi, mashed rajma with rice, curd rice.
