#asktheexpert please suggest which food is highly needed for growth and some healthy food recipe that children like to eat.

A. The basic food that you consume on an everyday basis is the most healthy food to be given to the child and for non-non-veg options you can give everything avoid giving too much of spicy and fried rice you can give everything the food that we eat and consume on a regular basis is the most healthy food for a child also
