How can your child be tanged just by staying indoors that I am not understanding I think your child is just having a little bit of pigmentation issues from the time of birth itself some kids can have it and generally the skin colour changes for initial 6 to 8 months and eventually it is going to be on the basis of the genetics so you should wait right now it is not looking like a problem
