#asktheexpert please suggest good food for my 6 month 25 days old son. His weight is 6.9 kgs. Feeling under weight. And he is on breast feeding.

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
