Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent three to four meals.a day would do. Each meal.should.comprise of two small bowls Each meal.should have any two items from the below mentioned groups of food. 1. soup 2. probiotics 3. meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits 4. daliya khichdi upma sheera porridge etc
