#AskTheExpert please let me know if food eaten by lactating mother effects child as i am new mother and parents are like you are only supposed to have milk dalia or khichdi,bcoz as per them other things are not good

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi lactating mother can take all kind of food items there is no restrictions on food. but she must take all kind of food in moderation. she must avoid taking extreme spicy and sugary food items
