#asktheexpert please kindly help doctor my baby is on breast feed he is 7 month old now. I have started some semi solid food. but before starting semi solid food was also green and now also it's green. is this normal or a sign of concern please help he is looking very thin now-a-days

Check our article on baby’s diet chart
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
