#AskTheExpert How important it is to feed 9 months old with solid/semi solid food?

ExpertPriyanka BhawalkarNutritionist4 years agoA. Hi mom, as the baby grows up milk is not enuf for them, so semi solid is very imp for them, they need atleast 3 meals a day, you should start giving egg yolk, cheese, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables

Vritika AroraMom of a 4 yr 11 m old child4 years agoA. the should have semi solids from sixth months onwards because now breast feed is not enough for over all development of the baby.
by 9th month the baby should have 3 meals and at least one mid meal in a day.
