#asktheexpert please help me with the meal plan of 4year 2 month old child. She has just started school and I feel a nutrition gap is there.

Hi Siri in the school you cannot give everything that’s necessary to be given but once your child is Home you should focus on a meal which is rich in protein for the child which is going to cover up all the healthy nutrition and supplements in the food that you are giving to the child and that’s essential for the growth time also you can look for good recipes on YouTube that is going to provide nutrition as well to the child in the school food as well
