Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi, Check if baby is having allergy from any cream or powder you are using and immediately Change it. Sometimes some product doesn't suit the baby and they got acne. Also use only coconut oil or olive oil for massaging. infact all over the faces and body.
