Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) .
Moong Daal water, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Give sips of water in between meals. Give one food item for 3 days so that you have an idea the food items, the baby is allergic to and then on the 4th day, start with a new food item.

Give Dal Ka Pani or rice Ka Pani or rice porridge or any one fruit puree or stewed pear or stewed apple or any one vegetable puree or mashed carrot or clear vegetable soup.
