#AskTheExpert please guide me with food routine for my 6 months old baby

A. At 6 months, baby needs one meal only. Start veggies steamed & mashed, porridges or fruits. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

A. Give sips of water in between meals. Give one food item for 3 days so that you have an idea the food items, the baby is allergic to and then on the 4th day, start with a new food item.

A. Start with one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually. Give Dal Ka Pani or rice Ka Pani or rice porridge or any one fruit puree or stewed pear or stewed apple or any one vegetable puree or mashed carrot or clear vegetable soup.
