A. A 2.7 years old child should eat 3 main meals, 2-3 times healthy snacks, 500-600 ml milk and variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, smoothies, coconut water, etc. daily. Give all types of foods in different forms like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, besan and beetroot cheela, omelette, boiled eggs, chicken soup, rice with chicken or fish gravy, pan cakes, oatmeal with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, chapati with vegetables, etc.
