Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. It is important to give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey to the child along with turmeric with milk
For running nose as well as gold you can give syrup maxtra 5 ml tweice daily to the child
For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child
Give warm water regularly and prevent temperature variations around the child. For nasal blockage you can give nawsal saline drops.

u can give maxtra syrup for cold and cough.
Also give steam inhalation and apply vicks vaporub on the chest and feet sole to get relief from cold and cough.
