Q.

#asktheexpert planning to start bottle feeding as i m a working mother......but my baby is not taking feed with bottle...even tried with spoon and cups...but he is not taking the feed. ......the feed i have been trying are Lactogen1, Similac 1, Nan Pro 1.......If i can get any suggestion....it will be helpful

A. it's really advisable not to give bottle feeding to the baby at all. Bottle feed- Not as efficiently utilized/absorbed as breast milk.Nutritional content depends on proper preparation (human error).Some babies have difficulty tolerating certain nutrients Breastfeed- Contains high levels of nutrients Easily digested and absorbed Content varies according to the milk production stage, which meets the changing nutrition requirements.

A. hi yes, initially one can get such problem but to encourage your child, try to offer feeds when he is hungry or wake up from sleep initially,you have to offer breasfeeding first, then try to divert your child attention and offer bottle feeds
