A. you should always consult doctor for proper medicine because it is only after clinical examination that proper treavgtment would be suggested and weight is important to decide dosage do not selfmedicate

A. It Could be any fissures that you are suffering from it’s better that you 1st to get it checked with your Doctor Who ever you want to a general physician or a gynaecologist at least you’ll have a clear idea about it and accordingly they can suggest you the treatment as well
