A. whenever there is prolonged cold and cough not improving it can be due to either infection or allergy. also when oral medicines are not working you may have to go for nebulization and the next best option would be inhaler with the help of a spacer. it is also important to take care of that and not give any sugary diet as well as all the food which might be causing increase in cold and cough. avoid outside eatablese as well as packet foods like biscuits chocolates ice cream. try to prevent temperature variations which might trigger cold and cough again and again

Usually it is because of an allergy that you will see that your child is constantly having coughing so it’s good if you get it figured out what kind of an allergy is your child suffering from and according to that only they will be able to help you with right medicine medicines to follow for your child
