#AskTheExpert Our baby girl is premature baby she born at june 2and 2022, by birth weight is 1.750 grams and now she is almost 3.600 grams. At first we have given Nestle pre nan for first 3 months and now we are giving Nan pro stage 1. My question is after changing from Pre Nan to Nan Pro Stage 1 she reduced drinking milk. what is the reason? While using Pre Nan she used to drink 90ml for every 2 hours while using Nan Pro Stage 1 she used to drink 60 to 70 ml for 2 hours. could you please suggest me to help me how to feed about this situation

A. This can happen initially so do not worry just give milk properly to the baby and after 5 months you can start with some any solid food for the baby which is advisable

A. Three-month-old babies may start eating less than they did previously. Breastfed babies do get more efficient, so it's normal for your baby to feed in about half the time it took them to feed as a newborn. If you see all the signs that baby's getting enough to eat, it's perfectly normal.
