#AskTheExpert one week back my baby got food poisoning and she did full viomtings during this week she almost lost 1 kg weight actually her weight is 9.7 and her age is 2 completed

It is normal to loose weight in case of excess vomiting and food poisoning dear. Don't worry much. Since baby is fine right now and vomiting is controlled. Please give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength.
Soon baby will gain weight.
