Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. they appear to be skin eruptions due to either viral infection or due to allergic skin and sensitive skin. most of the times they will go away on their own without any treatment. do not apply axny lotion cream or powder which might cause allergy if there are any discharge present then you can apply t bact cream. meet your doctor for local examination

Could probably be due to heat rashes which is why I think it is going to be good for you to get it checked with your doctor once your doctor would be able to tell you what all can you apply but as of now if you want you can apply calamine lotion regularly which is what is going to be good enough for you to
