But the problem is most kids won’t eat it due to its taste..: you can buy a small pack of it see if your child enjoys to eat and you can make the child eat one spoon everyday..: just make sure child is given sufficient fruits and milk while giving that ... as it is quite Rich it might create a lot of heat in their body
