A. yup.. can have.. once in a while. One should have plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of proteins like eggs, all pulses, dals. Plus iron, calcium folic acid is important supplement in pregnancy.
