This may be due to extreme hot weather
Try to include cooling foods like cucumber, lemon juice, buttermilk
also check for indigestion . give ajwain water with jaggery in that case.

Give fresh fruits and fruit juices to maintain appetite and hydration. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
