Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom.. bsby should be exclusively breast fed till six months. post six months months can start solids and water. monitor bsbys pee count.mif it's mire then six in twenty four hours it means baby is full and is getting sufficient feed from you. ideally baby should double birth weight by three to six months and triples birth weight by completion of one year
