#asktheexpert need advice on the dairy products. cheese, cow milk and curd. can we give store bought curd to one year old? do i need to have a single brand for all of these food items.

A. dear mom. u can feed ready made curd, but better to feed home made fresh curd, as it has no preservative n can consume fresh. give all family food. tc
