#AskTheExpert Namasthe ma'am.. please tell me some healthy and tasty foods for my baby., which she can eat happily without any fuss.. ma'am...I'm worried about her weight gain..

A. Dear mum, you can give all family foods to your child the way you prepare at your house. You can give pulao, idli, dosa, vegetable or paneer parantha, poha, sheera, Upma, vermicelli. Fruits Egg recipes and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
