#AskTheExpert Namaste , My wife is 26 weeks 3 days pregnant and we have 1 year old baby girl. she had taken first dose of Tatnus injection on 27th March2021 . When she need to take next dose ?

take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated
