#AskTheExpert Myself 15 weeks pregnant and from past 2 days, having cold with running and blocked nose but no fever and cough. Please suggest home remedies. I have been taking Vicks steam on daily basis.

A. Hi mom Have warm lemon honey ginger water 3-4 times in a day to get relief from cold. U can put nasal saline drops to unblock nose. Continue to take steam and apply vicks vaporub. Take care
