A. add lactation supplements. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

A. Hi It is not necessary that everybody is going to have sufficient lactation some women do not produce even a drop of milk after the delivery but that’s completely normal so if you required you can definitely take an assistance from a lactation doctor on this they will be able to advise you clearly as to what all can be done and still if your wife is not able to produce lactation then you’ll have to switch completely to top feeding only
