#AskTheExpert My wife is in 8th month of pregnancy and she feels fatigue, pain in her legs, cramps in her stomach. Is this normal ?? Can u recommended exercises which will help her in her delivery

A. start syrup dashamula rest 2 tbsp with equal quantity of water three times daily which is very effective to reduce the Complaints during the eighth month of pregnancy and also have regular daily walking

A. yes sir at this stage of all these symptoms are absolutely normal she needs to take a rest specially in the eighth month as this is the critical stage in the pregnancy so she must stay positive stay hydrated eat healthy at regular intervals are no exercise can be recommended without a proper check up so after she finishes 8 month you can visit gynecologist and she will properly prescribed you with the next step
