ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. syrup dashamoolarishta 2 tbsp with equal quantity of water should be taken twice daily for one month this will help reduce post delivery pain complaints and also help maintain good health. also you can go for oil massage for a few days
