#AskTheExpert My wife is currently covid positive and baby is 11 months old. We have isolated baby but still i have fear of what if baby is effected with covid.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. it is just like flu .Covid infection is a infection that spread by air and droplets. Therefore proper hand washing and wearing mask is most important . Symtoms are same in kids like fever and cough. Influenza vaccine can be given to baby as still no corona vaccine for kids .
