#AskTheExpert My wife got tested covid positive and we have 3 moths baby. my wife is isolated and now recovering. it's day 6 of her from the first symptoms start. Now she left with very mild cough. How many more days she need to be isolated from baby also when she can restart brest feeding back

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. total 14 days. Covid 19 is a viral infection and mostly transmitted by air and droplets . Symptoms are similar in kids also. So wear mask properly and maintain social distance . Also sanatizing and hand washing will help to prevent covid 19 infection .
