Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. it will depend on the weight you had early that is before you have conceived.. as you have to compare the track the Weight gain.. your gynaecologist will let you about that.. take care of yourself.. have healthy and balanced diet.. take the vitamin supplements as prescribed by your doctor..
