Weight gain can be due to some hormonal issues or lack of physical activity or bad diet or unhealthy lifestyle
Get a complete blood check up done to rule out any hormonal issue
Have small and frequent meals
Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet
Start your lunch and dinner with 1 glass of water and salad
Have jeera ajwain and cinnamon water early
Morning on empty stomach
Reduce the intake of sugar, sugary drinks, biscuits, breads, cookies, fried food and namkeen
Water 2-3 litre everyday
Workout for 45 min daily

If What are you doing much then I think your weight gain is going to be more accordingly see you have not mentioned any detail about your delivery or are you feeding your child or anything so I am not aware about it first you have to post the complete query then only I can assist you with that
