#asktheexpert my twin daughters are 22 plus months old, but they still want my feed many times a day and every time to sleep. I am a working woman so feeding during day is limited buy during night it becomes tiring as I am not able to sleep properly. How to manage it? what should I do to wean off my children?

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello you shpuld limit the feeding and introduce your child with full cream cow's milk and reduce the dependency on the bm and thsi way the child will have reduce the intake of the feeding and slowly you ca stop to your child with the feeding which is safe
