Hi doc, I have twin babies a boy and a girl, they are 3 months 22 days old, they good active and healthy, when can I start solid food for them

A. after completion of six months when only you should start giving any other food than milk till that time you should give milk only E and if you are able to give breastfeed then better but if it is not sufficient then you can give formula milk to your babies but till completion of 6 months stick to to milk only
