#AskTheExpert My twin babies are 20 months and they are vommiting in night. And they use to drink coffee tea and curd whenever we drink. My question is is that because of tea, coffee and curd. I am confused can you please advise me on this.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. do not give tea, coffee to your babies.. give ors water to avoid dehydration. Please consult your paediatrician for consultation in person.

Well avoid tea , coffee etc
ask them what kind of food they like more
don't force feed or over feed then
keep them hydrated
don't use demineralized water
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
