#AskTheExpert My twin babies 2yrs 8months old is not gaining age appropriate weight. they both are underweight. Twin2 is even lesser in weight than twin1. What needs to be done kindly suggest. their birth weight was 1.5kg each

Author of questionMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. My twin babies had the same birth weight as yours. They are also not gaining proper height and weight. They are 4years old. But the doctor said that not to worry if they are active and playful.. They will gradually gain weight over time

If ur babies are active and playful then no need to worry about weight much.
Give all that you cook for ur family.
include egg,ghee,dry fruits, panneer curd cheese , banana shake, potatoes, rice, avocado etc in ur babies diet for weight gain
